[getting started]

A deposit of $500 is required when ordering. The price I quote you will not change unless changes are made to the original order. Payments can be made by personal check or bank cashiers check made out to Mark Lacey. An additional payment of one third of the remaining balance will be required once I am ready to begin building your guitar. The remaining balance is due upon completion of instrument. You will have a 72 hour approval period.

If you are not satisfied, I will issue a full refund. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping including freight insurance. The guitar must be returned in the same condition to receive a refund. Orders canceled during construction will not be refunded until the instrument is completed and sold. There will be no refund on special custom instruments with unusual inlays or neck/scale dimensions.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however price quotes for confirmed orders will not change.

[limited lifetime warranty]

All Lacey Guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
